Default 245/45 on the fronts? (not lowered)

Anyone had issues with this on a 350 w/standard ride height?
I have currently have 17x8 rims and 40mm offset (running 225s on all corners).

Would like to do 245/45 on these rims for summer tires as well... (My goal is to stay away from the staggered setup completely.)

Went through a ton of posts, but there are so many (most addressing stretching, slamming, flushing and all the stuff I could care less about), I started getting lost and confused.....

(Been told getting old has a tendency to make that happen more often...grrrr.)

Thanks in advance for not beatin me up on this, just need an answer.

V
Oh and if it is "doable" but I have the wrong offset, speak up!

seem kinda wide for a front tire. Why do you want so wide a tire. I have 235's in front now. You can try.
