If you can afford the IS-F, then go for it.

I doubt that you'll get many abuses... since that car isn't cheap to begin with. The people who can afford that car has some respect for it. It won't be like buying an used Integra.

416 @ 6600 RPM vs 306 @ 6400 RPM!!! IS-F for sure! but on the other hand if you can handle 16/23 instead of 20/27 mpg. But gotta pay to play =)

Why is this even a question? If you can afford it then why not get the F?As for the car being previously driven hard thats the chance you have to take when buying any used vehicle.Buy from carmax,at least they go through a 120 point inspection before they resell a vehicle.

I ran into the same question as you a few months ago. I wanted a new car and so I went with a new IS350 especially since the 2011 IS350 had the refresh design.

If you don't mind used, I would just go with the used ISF!... which most people are suggesting.

Uh... the IS350 is probably the better daily driver.

Ride is a little softer, acceleration to ~40 mph is roughly the same, the IS-F doesn't really start to pull away until higher speeds.

In addition you get a new car.

How about getting a 2011 IS350 with F-sport? And pick an ultra sonic blue?

I thought the same thing, I would get the 11 IS350 AWD. I put around 15K/year on my car, the IS350 AWD would would be a nicer DD.
