It isn't too bad for a N/A car. 15~ WHP for headers, 5 WHP for intake, 10 WHP for full catback. Those #s are pretty standard.

My last NA car made over 500 hp.

it started out making 2-something.

The 2IS sucks in this regard

It's excellent in many other regards though and I'd certainly consider my 350 a solid 8/10

And most of the lost 2 points is just minor stuff I wish it had offered... stuff like real air conditioned seats rather than just vented, TPMS that showed individual tire pressures, playing MP3s from DVD for those with ML, factory remote start, a no-sunroof option, or bluetooth without requiring nav, a nav system with features from this century (last 2 at least the 2010+ models improved somewhat over previous years even if I dislike most of the cosmetic changes from 09 forward)

I never considered the IS250, only the IS350. Now that I've owned it for over 2 years, I'm glad I went with IS350, such a nice combination of power, luxury, reliability.

I'm cool with it, good power and nice looks. Just not happy with all the fixes ( issues )

Definitely happy with mine. Just missing the USB port, a better NAV.

Extremely satisfied when beating porsche caymans and all SUVs on the freeway. And those civics too. :P

My friend has an 06 g35 and it's has more interior noise, but that depends on your preference. And his center console rattles quite a bit.

+1, I was used to big power from N/A motors as well. I really like my IS though, way more refined.

I absolutely loved my G35 but I have kids and need something that we can take them in if we don't want to drive our qx56.
MxChase-I had an original 2003 G35 sedan before getting an IS250 last month. I know there is quite a difference in power, but I didn't mind so I got an IS250. My kids think the back seat area in the IS250 is quite small compared to the G35, but we usually take our MDX when we go on trips. I'm not sure how much room there is in the back seat of the new G37. Did you consider the G37 sedan??

I would give it a 9. The 1 missing is just for the little rattles. And after seeing it being driven by my brother last night just made me love it even more. This car is just so sexy!

8 for my 2008 IS350. I've owned both the 250 and 350 and I'd highly suggest the 350 even as a daily commuter.

The IS350 is a good compromise between the 250 and the F. Had it since early 06 and never gave the 250 any thought due to the hp. I would give it a 9 since nothing is perfect (a few minor things here and there - nothing major) - It had been an awsome dd car.

My OEM tires Dunlop even lasted to 32k miles and still had about 10% life - that was a small bonus since some of the guys here wore them out much quicker.
