Did you consider the G37 sedan??
I haven't really considered getting a G37 sedan. My G35 was a coupe. I don't really like the looks of their 4 door models. The 2IS has such an aggressive stance and look but still is luxury to the point that luxury needs to be. I love the outward appearance and I did test drive a 350 and LOVED it. Couldn't really get on it tho cause the girl at the dealership had to come with us.. I can see that the leg room in the rear shouldn't be too bad but my kids are still pretty young, 3 years and the other is just 4 months old. Does anyone know if there is more or less room than the IS300???

I drove the hell outta my 350 in the test drive... floored it, engaged ABS, etc... if they want me to drop 35-45k on something I'm gonna beat on it to be sure I like it.
(in other news- never buy a demo car!)

As far as rear room:

IS350
Rear hip Room: 53.7 in.
Rear head room: 36.7 in.
Rear leg room: 30.6 in.
Rear shoulder room: 52.7 in.

IS300
Rear hip Room: 53.9 in.
Rear head room: 37.7 in.
Rear leg room: 30.2 in.
Rear shoulder room: 53.5 in.

So the 350 has slightly more leg room, but slightly less hip, head, and shoulder room.

For me the question is more like, should I have bought a IS-F instead of a IS350 (since the IS250 was never even considered by me).....

And after driving the IS-F and after owning the IS350 for over 2 years, the answer is NO.

I like my 350 but wish it had a little more torque in it. Like my E46 M3 it was just fun car too drive.

I love my 350. Wish it had a little more room in the back (kids) and a few more mods. I give it an 8.5/10. With my F-Sport mods 9/10. The fact it is paid for a no car payment 10/10. Keeping it till it dies!!

10, totally happy w/ my 350. Actually can't think of any other car I would own...even if I had an endless amount of $$$

I 250 is not THAT slow or THAT bad. My mom has a 250 and it still has plenty of power but if you want that extra kick you def need the 350.

I rate it about an 8. I have a 2006 model and wish I held out for the 2008's because of the wireless bluetooth streaming, and I think they look slightly nicer. Nothing against the 250 owners, but I just like the extra power in the 350. Would have gotten a IS-F but its just too much money for me. I had an IS300 also, and I think this was a good upgrade from the 300.

I have an IS350-C and I love it. I gotta say though, I miss having a manual transmission a lot more then I thought I would. Really don't know what I'll buy when it comes time to replace the vert???

Just an FYI, A2DP audio streaming wasn't available until 2010 models.

2008s have the exact same audio system the 06s did (other than the shark fin on the roof)

Coming from a BMW I do feel as if I came a few steps down on handling and driving experience but I will gladly say that the IS350's are realllly powerful. My experience thus far receives a 7
