Possible to swap is 250 manual center and ebrake handle to an is350?

Yes it can be done, you just need the parts.
I am doing something similar because my AT will be manual eventually so I have all the parts needed except the manual center console - wider than the AT console because of the HB.
I already did test fit for all the parts but since I wont need the manual setup for another couple of months it wasnt bolted on permanently.
Having the HB connected to the cable going back will be a little tricky to do but the service manual explains how to do it and you will need to get under the car.
Would you like a parts list? its for a 07 but still.
PM me and I can send the part list to you as well as a the relevant service manual information on how to install stuff.

I still don't understand why they would make a higher horsepower car without a manual transmission and a hand brake! So on the IS350 the e-brake is a kick style one right?

I find the Foot E Brake something out of this world when it comes to this car.
They want to sell this car to a younger demographic but yet they fail to put a hand brake in the sportier version Lexus has done up to now.
The designer for the car was tripping in ganja when he decided for a foot E brake.
Lexus can you take the hint. Change that piece of crap and put a hand brake in your all of your IS models....

Manual transmissions are antique technology that sells very poorly and performs worse than an automatic to boot
And they don't want cars they'll have to fix under warranty doing Fast And Furious style drifting with a hand brake on the console.
(plus they didn't want to invest money developing or adapting a higher hp holding manual when they'd sell very few of them.... even the one on the 250 is a cheap piece of crap manual)
