Ebay CF Interior Overlay

Anyone tried this? Still debating on whether to do FX Auto. Wondering if this is like the Carson Tuned ones that used to be out a few years back.

From what I hear, the overlay pieces are rarely a perfect fit and there are always little imperfections. If you wanted to do it right, my vote is for getting your pieces done in CF. I believe it's rather costly, but I think it's worth it as the end result is STUNNING!
A couple other users (brociouz) here had theirs wrapped and the pictures looked AMAZING.

What I am worried about when I see the pic above, my car has the silver trim and it looks like my window switches are part of the trim piece? From the pic above, the window switches are black where as my are silver now, does this matter or will I be fine with the Silver Trim that is on my 06 350 with sport package?
I know the center console is fine but even my dealer said my trim pieces were part of the entire door panel?? confused.

i have the ebay kit, the door panels fit perfect u=but the center console doesn't cover it perfectly and you cant open the cup-holder without scrapping against the center console trim which scratches it, you can also see your stock trim in some areas of the center console as a result of the non-perfect fitment. i would defiantly get the real deal you wont be disappointed. i am going to buy the real set myself soon.

You cant compare overlays vs carbon fiber parts. I know you're paying $300 more but the quality is 100 times better

Like with anything, it depends how much you want to spend. I am really happy with the real CF from FX Auto. Being a perfectionist/OCD sufferer, I knew seeing the wood show through due to poor fitment, on the edges, etc. would drive me insane. However, those overlay stickers do look pretty good, if the fitment is right, and the cup holder will pretty much always look bad when it's open.
I would try to swap someone for the wood trim with the black plastic surrounds and then get it wrapped by FX. A local friend of mine made the mistake of ordering the silver trim and then having it wrapped in CF by FX. It looks okay, but not as good and rough around the window switch areas.
