im about to purchase a ebay hid kit and i was wondering if i need a relay harness for the headlights and also the fogs or does it depend on the kit?

Fogs should be plug and play. Would prob upgrade to a bigger fog light fuse. Are the headlights OEM HID already or are they Halogen?

Doesn't hurt to have a relay harness as it provides an extra blanket of security, but not really necessary. I haven't heard of anyone blowing out their electrical systems in their car from not running relays on hid kits.

^what he said. also you won't have any flickering because of the constant power source. the flickering causes the bulbs to burn out sooner.

it's your call. if the extra cost is worth the benefits.
