the first couple tanks i've been getting 26 mpg (manual calculated, not by computer readings) in mixed driving. i'm able to get almost 380 miles when the warning light comes on. in my previous ride EVO X i can only manage 200 miles when the light comes on. whoohoo. well, this is about the only thing i can brag about my 250 around here lol.

^ I'm averaging 28mpg 75% highway 25% city, I drove 100 miles a week ago and averaged 32.5mpg on the highway manually calculating. My friend does a lot of highway on his IS350 and all he gets is around 21mpg.
Overall for the amount of drivng I do and the way gas prices are going I'm glad I took the IS250 route.

I used to get 440-450 on a tank regularly (right around 30 mpg calculated by me), but that was when I used to drive 90% highway. I took a new job and now I drive 40% highway, 60% city. I am down to about 25-26 mpg, which could be better except I take a lot of short trips now. On the plus side my commute is cut in half so it's more then evened out.

A 350 should be getting 28-30 on the highway... mine does.
I'm at a little over 24 mpg lifetime on the car and I do probably 75% city driving. 21 is on the low end of my city mileage.
All else being equal the mileage difference 250->350 is only about 10%... which is surprising given the 50% hp increase in a 350.

my tank average is ~17 MPG at ~14 MPH...so, obviously, very heavy 100% city driving. $3.60 a gallon isnt helping either - thats $120/mo for a daily 20 mi. r/t commute. f*in miami.
but, i suppose things could be much worse if i was in another car.
id use my bicycle to commute if i could get away with it.

I've hit 440 before on my 350, and i use to get average of 380 ish maybe 15 before zero.
Right now I can only get about 360 for the full tank since the car is about 120k. I kept my driving style, changed new tire, alignment, filter, oil, filters, spark plugs and still can get 380 anymore...
