I personally don't like it.. but if you do, perhaps you should try using a F-Sport or ISx50 badge instead.

I think it only worked for the Australian car because it's more aggressive and the badge is short with only 3 letters versus Lexus being a "luxury" car and the badge is longer and normal looking. Nice experiment though...doesn't hurt to try. Give the dude a break.
