hello CL,

I have a is250 and i need to sell my car.

but there is amount that I still have to pay. lets say (20k left)

is it possible to sell this car, if it's possible

1. how to transfer ownership

2. new owner can have payment option?

3. what is best way to negociate?

You can't transfer the ownership because you don't have the pink slip.

When you pay off the loan, you get the pink slip, then you can sell it. You'll need to get enough money to pay off the bank first.

You can't transfer the payments (well, I've never seen any bank do that...). The person you're selling it to needs to give you a check for the amount you owe (or any difference you'll have to pay out of your pocket).

$20k left? damn....

If you find a buyer I would suggest going to the place they want to finance and tell em what's going on and they should be able to take care of you. Or the buyer could get a personal laon and sent it to your finance company and pay it off. And they should be able to mail pink to buyer.
