Damn.. didn't know they made child seats. Lexus should make some!
My type of seat isn't for infants as its forward facing only. Recaro also makes infant rear facing seats but it doesn't look anything like a bucket seat. I would suggest not to get a seat based on looks but more important how does it rate in safety tests. Looks should come after safety. But I'm starting to sound too much like a father (because I am), so just Google around to find what you like, read its reviews among other parents, and Google some more to find who is selling it the cheapest. Good luck and have fun with your lil one coming, because they really do grow up too fast.

I guess it depends how tall you are. I'm 5'10" and I have my seat where I want it, I don't need to move my seat to accomodate the Recaro Young Sport. The Recaro Young Sport is in middle rear with room left for my daughter's feet to move about. It comes to about even with the front edge of the back seat. It does make it a tighter fit for people sitting in the rear because the base is wider compared to other child seats like the Britax child seat in my wife's car. I've seen the Recaro ProSport once and it looked a little bit bigger than my Recaro Young Sport. Space should be ok and doable unless you're like 6'10 or something.
