"Like" them on Facebook. It's the only and fastest way for them to spread the word about a huge upcoming sale.

I've been waiting for a VLED sale to pick some up, and yesterday I signed up to "like" their page on Facebook, but I receive no kind of notification that they were having a sale at 10 PM, which I would have loved to take part in. I almost never check Facebook, and obviously for a 10 minute sale I'd never just coincidentally be checking their page during that 10 minutes..

So for people who knew about it/took advantage of it, how'd you find out? How can I sign up or change my settings to be notified in the future?

So I assume buying 1 (for $19.99) includes a bulb for each mirror?

Yep, it should label if the packet comes in a pair.

that was my original mistake. i bought too many bulbs during their sale because some are in pairs, some are not. I now have some extra V-LED domes if anyone needs some in hyper white.

also, the fade is still pretty good -- not very noticeable to me and i'm fairly OCD.

thanks for all the feedback guys..

Nice. If you think 4 SMT is bright, I installed the 6 SMT and it's SUPER bright. Here's a coupon code. Enter BE14BL at checkout and receive 15% off your order!

You're not talking about these are you? The 4 SMT high power flank bulbs are nearly 7 times as bright as the 6 SMT ones. It's a little counterintuitive, but more LEDs doesn't necessarily mean brighter.

Yup. Those are the ones. Logically speaking, isn't more LEDS = more lumenosity? So, isn't 6 SMT > 4 SMT?

You would think, but the individual LEDs on the 4 SMT high power are much brighter than the ones on the 6 SMT "regular." The 4 SMTs are rated at 80 lumens, while the 6 SMTs are rated at 12 lumens. So, each LED on the 4 SMT is emitting about 20 lumens, while the individual LEDs on the 6 SMT emit only 2 lumens.

In addition to being less bright, some people have reported problems with the 6 SMT physically fitting into the puddle light slot.

Quick Reply: these puddle lights are BRIGHT - thanks VLED
