You may want try this question in the "will these wheels fit" thread. From experience I'd go with a 215/35/19 or 225/35/19(maybe). You'll have to roll the rear fenders.

you mean the Nismo LM GT4 wheels that are manufactured by rays engineering?

depending on what car they came off of, the TPMS sensors in those wheels are not compatible with the TPMS system on the 2is.

i believe you will need fender modifications for those wheels, especially the rear given those specs. the fronts, you might be able to get away without modifications. this also depends on your ride height.

it would also help if you posted the tire specs, though my guess is that the tire sizes are more applicable for fitment on the 350Z/370Z or the G35/37. if that's the case, you're going to need at least one pair (if not one entire set) of tires.

you'll need fender work in the rear. the lower your ride height, the more you'll need it.

you may get away without fender work in the front with those widths/offsets, though i would do it to be safe.

as far as tires are concerned, you won't be able to use those 275's. you'll have clearance issues with that tire size in the rear.

however, what you can do is take the 245's and mount them in the rear. you should be able to run 225/35-19's in the front with fender mods, but you can also look at 215/35-19 for maximum tire clearance.

also, plan on ordering a set of 66.06 mm-60.06 mm (or 66.1 mm - 60.1 mm) hubcentric rings.

you can run the 245's in the rear - IF you roll your fenders.

there's no real conceivable scenario outside of major fender work (roll + pull) in order for you to fit those 275's. the combination of the rear tire size and the rear wheel width/offset will cause clearance issues.

chances are the wheels and tires came off a 350Z/370Z, and they can fit more aggressive wheels/tires than the 2is. however, just because it works for the 350Z/370Z does not mean it will work for the 2is - even if the wheels mount right up.
