Default Help with exhaust

I found a custom exhaust someone made and was wondering if anyone could take a look at the pictures and tell me if they think it would fit on my is350? thanks

Is that tape on it ?

Save the $100 for something better. I'd rather have stock exhaust than that...

That is not the correct flange to connect to the stock midpipe. The stock midpipe and axle back portion of the exhaust connect using a round donut flange. The flange on that portion of the axle back is oval and would not connect without the midpipe made for that exhaust.

It doesn't look like it will connect and the end of the Y pipe. You will also need to modify you mid-pipe to fit that rectangular junction. Also, I'm not too sure if you can find an exhaust gasket to match that...

If you want to save cash, you can also get the Tanabe replica on eBay. I believe it's called top speed exhaust. It should fit better than the custom one you posted.

That is thermal heat wrap/exhaust insulating wrap on it.

^^^ I know people that are thermal wrapping the header/manifold to keep the exhaust heat down in the engine. Why thermal wrap an exhaust???
