I think this is for the Diff only, what u want is Amsoil MTF (Manual tranny fluid)...

This has to be the best stuff, the Mazda guys always use the GM syncro mesh fluid in their manual trans to cure noise/grinding...so I would have to assume the Amsoil is slightly better...
But we all know what happens when you ASSUME...lol

I found something that meets the specs in the manual:

Any experiences?

to be honest OE, there is minimal heat transfers in manual trans , its not heat that kills MT its bad shifting, bad pressure on clutch pedal , and a failing clutch throw out bearing and pressure plate, if you want better shifting , some say syncro mesh is good, but its usually people trying to put a bandaid on failing syncos , i would worry more about clutch fluid pressure then transmission oil, rear diff the most i ever use is m1 75w 90, i really think its over doing it with redline, if you are not putting your car in that type of stress, stick with OE in the trans and what ever you can afford to put in the rear diff
