Default Replacing the weatherstripping around my windows

The weatherstripping around my windows is coming up and the dealer quoted me an expensive amount of money to replace it. How hard is it to replace myself? How much would it cost?

Here's a picture of what I'm talking about.

Thanks!

You could you put a small amount of adhesive in there to keep it attached to the window trim. 3m makes a spray adhesive that you could spray on a card and just put a thin layer in between the stripping and trim.

Or you could have the dealer do it

Is it specific to automotive use or is it general purpose?

Is this it?

Try cleaning it hard and then use the spray adhesive.

Maybe a Rubber Cement will suffice? I haven't tried it to make sure it does not damage the chrome thing. I have the same issue.
