Remember to leave 1 lug on it. I had a tire fly into another car one time.

I've had my wheel get stuck to the rotor a couple of times, but nothing to this extent. I would probably use the kick it method, but make sure you have jack stands under your car. The last thing you would want is to kick it off the jack!

Wow, never heard of a wheel rusting to the hub before, especially on such a new car! However, had to fight with the front brake rotors yesterday finally resorting to pb blaster and a rubber mallet to get em off. As others mentioned, rub some corrosion inhibitor on the hub surface before putting the wheel back once you do get it off...

+1 for lowering the car very slowly and letting the car break the bond.

Lol. A Co worker had to shatter a rotor while it was still on the car to get it off.

Heated up with the OA Torch and went to school on it with a sledgehammer.

It came off but in 3 pieces

Ouch that sucks! Glad that didnt' happen to me as the rotors were able to be turned and now look great heh heh. Oh to the OP, typo in my note, put an anti seize or corrosion inhibitor between the rotor and the wheel when you reinstall...i think i was thinking about my situation with the rotor and the hub when i posted.
