Yep. I'm happy with the ride quality right now, so I am planning on getting some Swift Sport Springs. They are linear not progressive and seem to retain OEM ride quality with a moderate drop of 1 inch or so.
I did a little of both. The 2011 rear bumper cover seems to not have all of the same drill marks as the other MY. Check out my post on this thread for some more details.
This is the F Sport package with a Sport Tuned Suspension and Cosmetic details. The suspension is not F Sport lowering springs. This is how I got it. I added the Intake and front/rear Sway bars.

im jealous, want the gfx rear, did you cut the bumper to install or did yu 3m tape it.
