That sucks man... I almost got hit this past weekend too... some F150 making a left turn right into me... I was lucky and was able to barely get out of the way. Sorry that you weren't so lucky, but hopefully you are back on the road soon

Sorry to hear about your new car. I too got hit in my new car after owning for 2 weeks.

Take it to a really good shop... I'm pretty sure the other party is gonna try to low ball you, don't put up with it. If they hit you, they gotta pay. Ask for brand new OEM parts since it is a new car. That is what I did, I told them straight out that I wanted new doors since my car was brand new. Make sure you ask for factory parts and not the 3rd party crap.

In CA, you can take your car to any shop of your choice. Just tell them you concerns such as alignments and the frame of the car. A good shop will make sure everything is ok.

Wow it looks like the car saved you from being hurt! Poor baby...

But like everyone said, the car is new, and you are in the position to demand it to be in NEW condition upon return. Make sure you mention your concerns about inner damage, they will indeed check that for you. Ask if you can watch, and have them point out what they see so you can fully understand what is going on with your car. Truly knowing will soothe your worries.

It will be okay.

Sorry to hear about car. I was in the ATL last weekend on I75 going to aquarium and some idiot rolled their car right in front of me then later that night a truck hydroplanes off road in construction zone west of Pell City AL on I20. It's dangerous out there. Just be thankful your ok an let insurance take care of it. Then if not satisfied sue the crap out of him.
