Im sorry both of you had to go through that. If that was me I would of flipped out. My lip cracked because of the snow and my wife didnt talk to me for an hour because I was so pissed off. If that happened to me ....... Hey im pretty sure its fixable but it must hurt being a 2011.

wow that is really a bad accident. Good thing you did something to minimize the damage. Plus you minimized the damage to yourself. Would have been really bad if he T Boned ya. I am sure the insurance will take care of the damages to the car. Good luck and please post up pics of the car with the new look.

Glad you're ok! Did the guy admit fault yet? Technically if you hit him your at fault, even if he did turn in front of you. If he admits fault you'll be fine. I have had some friends who have been in the same situation and they got screwed with 50/50. Buddy of mine hit a van making an illegal left turn and got stuck with partial fault, even though numerous witnesses said the van made the illegal turn into oncoming traffic.

Stupid drivers
My 4 month old 2007 had the entire passenger side destroyed by someone trying to make a turn and not paying attention. I have to say you have more self control than I do, if my husband would not have been there I would have kicked the kids ***!!!
He had to grab me because I was headed that way!! I hope they can repair it to look as good as new!
