i got unpainted, cheapest i could find because my body shop got oem paint for my car sitting there so he said he would paint it for me real cheap

Just checking, but did you verify if its painted because the ad doesn't state. Some other ebay users sell it at $84 painted. My shipment came faster than stated. They sometimes put 2-3 weeks just to make sure they have plenty of time. It's better early than late.

I have to help you report to the company, the company offered to refund "34US" paint cost to you, because we have not encountered this problem, probably because of the different countries due to differences in color! My paypal account got hacked and suspended and eBay only takes paypal..
Call Paypal and explain, and that you need your account reinstated. They will usually do it for you if you verify identity over the phone. That is if you want a paypal account again after having it hacked once lol
