Thanks Killa...gonna look at it again tomorrow afternoon and try to decide what I'm going to do. Did you use just the tape it came with or anything else?
The tape it comes with isn't all that great actually. I got some 3M double sided trim tape (Red) and covered a bunch of the bottom. Won't even budge! lol The tape it came with wasn't as sticky as 3M trim tape. Also make sure you clean the glass really well before putting it on, and it helps the tape stick if you do it when the glass is hot.
I will be putting a coat of wax on the spoiler if need be as well. If it comes with any swirls or anything I will be taking care of those as well with a PC!
MJH...Did you end up installing yours flush with the roof or leave a slight gap?
Still haven't put it on yet. Been too busy, but I think I'm gonna go with the flush look...just not sure if I want to retape the bottom or what.
I'm definitely going to do it. There is no substitute for knowing it was done right.
Can't imagine they use a bunch of good 3M tape on a $95 painted spoiler.
