Default Please Help - AWD Sway Bar advice - Dealer wrong?

Hi everyone. I've used the search button here but have gotten conflicting answers to my own question - I'm probably not reading carefullly enough.

I'm taking delivery of an IS 350 AWD in a few days. The dealership and I also have agreed to have the AWD sway bar SET installed. Here is the problem:

1) I believe after talking to other parts dealers that the sway bar set for the AWD consists of both a rear sway bar AND a front sway bar.

2) The dealer initially said no problem but now they have called me back (1 week later) and the parts manager is saying that even though I ordered the sway bar set (around $450-$500 is about what I paid..) that for the AWD model, Lexus only installs the rear sway bar and NOT the front - ie the AWD sway bar set does NOT come with a front sway bar..

Do you guys have any advice, experience about this? This seems very unlikely to me as the AWD sway bar KIT is about twice as expensive as the rear sway bar alone which leads me to beleive there's at least another component in the set. (ie the front sway bar!)

I'll probably post this on the performance forum too, but any help would be much appreciated. I'm on the phone with Lexus HQ to get some more info in the meantime.

Thanks so much in advance

Rich

That doesent sound right to me. There is definately a front sway bar for AWD from what I see on sewell site. From what I've heard on this site the fron bar doesent do much so if I were you I would take this chance and tell them to refund you $300 dollars and just have em install the rear bar.
