I hate the 17 inch stocker rims on my IS250 AWD. Anyone tossed the 5 spokes from the IS300 on a 2IS? I'd be interested to see how it looks since it's one of my favorite OEM rims.

They look nice, but they're 17x7 +50mm, which would be pretty sunk in on a 2IS.

The 1IS 17inch stockie wheel looks fine, but as far as fitment, it will look awkward. I think what everyone is trying to say is that the rim itself is too narrow. Because of this, when installed on a 2IS the wheel will look like it's too far inside the wheel-well (too inset). You can try to run a big spacer to compensate for this but the 1IS wheel alone is a definite no-no.

youd have to run a 40-45mm spacer to get it looking ok because its an inch thinner in width than stock. I dont even know if they make that.

It certainly wouldn't be the end of the world to use some spacers - I just like the look of the rim and I already have tires that will work fine on them.
