stock HID HELP!!!
So I had an HID light go out (stock bulbs -06' IS250)
... bought a bulb from NAPA, went in and pulled the old bulb out, popped the new one in no problems, turned on the lights and NOTHING.
So I thought it was a little weird but looked over the bulb for a defect, couldn't find any... figured to be safe check the bulbs on the other side (working side) and sure enough they both work.
So it would appear my HID plug is not getting power. The housing on the side that does NOT work has some condensation in it, and when I stuck my hand in there, under where the plug/HID bulb go, it was wet.... so what I'm wondering is the following:
Are the fuses specifically for the HID bulbs?
also - if for some reason that plug is bad (wires, plug itself etc etc etc) anyone know how on earth to replace that and/or what can be done.....
Thanks everyone

I opened the fuse box but didn't see anything that looked to be a HID headlight fuse ... and the two that seemed to be for headlights, both looked fine though.
Do you know if there is a way to check the ballast (more importantly where it is located) in/around the car

You have to remove the entire headlight housing to access the ballast which is screwed onto the bottom of the headlight housing.
