Fog HIDs are less likely to send glare up to oncoming drivers, but still can. Just because they're a lot lower than the headlights doesn't mean it's not possible. That is why so many people use fog light hids to "supplement" their driving vision. If your fogs are shooting out and mixing with your headlights (which it really shouldn't be doing), then you bet it can cause some glare.

Of course, everyone still does it anyway, and it's not really a big concern. I've seen hundreds of cars in NYC with hid fogs - some more blinding than others.

No need to apologise man , just remember what i said about shipping in my earlier post, also i wouldnt take off the bumper its a pita, there is an access panel on the drivers side inner fener lining for that side and u can just remove the pass side Lining which is WAY easier than taking off the whole bumper.

I just ordered the kit and there were only 3 options: FedEx Ground for ~$13 and then local pickup, which was free, so basically only 1 shipping option. Not sure what "upgraded shipping" you're referring to.

I also saw nothing throughout the purchase process that indicated they were shipping 4 weeks behind, not sure how to find out about that.

Thanks for the info. When I checked out, I only had the option of Fedex Ground, so I assume they're so backed up they're just removing overnight, 2-, and 3-day shipping as options.

I tried to call them to see if I could pay extra to expedite, but their phone number doesn't seem to work. I dialed the number they list above and reached the pre-recorded menu, then pressed 1 (also tried 2), and after I press either it says "Sorry, call cannot be completed as dialed" and takes me back to the menu.

I'll be honest, I'm not happy with the fact that I placed the order without being told at all that they could be 4 weeks behind, and that I can't even reach anyone via phone to ask the question.

They're almost always 4 weeks behind. I've ordered a few times from them, and each time takes a couple weeks to send out.
