The 2011 rear bumper is the same as the 09-10, and I know there are quite a few people who have installed the rear GFX on those, so it should be no problem.
As far as the person asking if I did anything else, I also added the rear lip spoiler to the trunk. Overall it looks fantastic now, I think.

just got mine done today, took abour 1.5 hours. here are some pics.
its a very easy job with a dremel, just watch out for flying plastics (wear a safety glass).
off to wash my car now!
