i hope they changed the rubber that they were using in the previous all-weather mats, because in less than a year, a hole will form where you rest your heel. i got the Canadian version and they use a softer rubber and almost 2 years and no hole!

^^^ We have the same issue on US Version of the post-recall mats.

I heard that the Canadian Version was better... if you had problems, then we are doomed in terms of the mat.

It sucks to dish out a 100 bucks for a set of floormats that only last a year or 2. My bro's TSX weather mats lasted for over 5 years without signs of wear. **Sigh**

i'll snap some pictures of my weathertech mats later. but the fitment is perfect. bowl shaped so water/dirt doesn't get on your carpet. quality is really good too.

Latest update from Lexus of Stevens Creek service center as a type right now.

I'm having my second free oil change done and stumbled upon the new floormat on display. It looked flimsy and paper thin. I can't say much on how it feels compared to the post-recall ones. I'll upload the picks from my iPhone when I get a chance.

I sprung for the Weather Tech digital cuts based on a review saying "I rarely need to vacuum my carpet." Had em through one Chicagoland winter and it's spotless underneath.

Has anyone bought these? I need to replace my old ones since there's a hole in it. Before I go with the weathertech I wanted to know if anyone bought these and what their thoughts are on it.

I've had these on for about 2 weeks or so. So far I like them. They are definitely thicker than the older version and I like how they look too! Only time will tell if they'll have the same issue as the old version.

Same here. I would like to stay with OEM mats. Yet these look like a pain in the *** to clean during the winter. I clean my interior about 3 times a week (hate crap on my mats.)

Coming from Honda's the mats are so much nicer. Thicker, don't move an inch etc. Wish Lexus made some good ones. My Acura RDX all weathers were awesome. Thick, lips on the side to keep debri on the mat, and lasted forever!

Oh yeah, I forgot about this thread. I had mine on for about a week. I don't mine too much of how they look. The honeycomb design is like the bottom grille cover design.

I prob will order them regardless, come winter time I'll regret not having them with all the snow & sand & salt theres only so much kicking off your feet can do. I did have these exact style ones in my Equinox and wow.. A complete diaster cleaning in the honeycomb design, I tried using little scrub brushes and it didnt do much @ all but still if they work then they work.
