Guy at carwash scratched my interior plastic!

if you can catch the scratch with your finger nail then you can't do anything about it unfortunately, except replace the plastic.
If you want to try going hardcore and remove the plastic, then you could use a headlight restoration kit on it. This would involve wetsanding it, hence you don't want to do it while it is still in place...

I saw a car wash guy picked up a rag from the floor after he accidentally dropped it. He didn't even wash the rag again before continuing to clean the car.

Next time be more careful with your car and take it to a reputable car wash. The cluster lens is pretty cheap and you can replace it.
Here is a link: http://www.partswebsite.com/oemlexus...imagecallout=2
When I bought my car the stealership ripped me off and charged me 400 dollars to replace that part (I bought the car used).
Good luck replacing it!

oh thank god! when jmags mentioned $1,200, i was freaking out! Now $2 is more like it!
I have the Novus plastic stuff coming today and will try that first. If it fails, I'm off to the dealer.

Let me know how that novus stuff works, I have tried the kit on 2 or 3 plastics with 0 success, actually made it look worst but I think the plastic i used it on was treated. I plan on trying PlasticX, I hear its pretty good for plastic scratch removal, just make sure you use the right pad.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, I wonder if the novus would work better with a applicator pad that they use for car polishes/wax...hmmm

Uh yeah... someone literally just posted a link a couple of posts up. It's about $22.
