What's the purpose of the adjustable bracket? To me it just makes the front plate look worse (at least from a side view).

I put mine on a long time ago - along with removing the front tint. CA cops suck ***.

How's the new pad? 2 car garage now? I hate my 1 car garage, it's such a ***** to work on the car with 2 feet on either side of it.

+1. That's a cool bracket, but I don't see the point of it on this application. That would probably be good if you needed to mount it on an uneven surface.

i think they made that illegal in IL because when the traffic cams take pics its hard to read the license plate.

I removed the plastic bracket and attached the Zealous bracket directly onto the bumper. I also painted the Zealous bracket flat black so it won't be too noticeable. I wish I went this route 1st. Now I have two holes showing and drilled into my bumper 4x. I'll post up some pics tomorrow with the new set up.

^^^It's just a bracket that allows you to tilt the license plate.

Pad is good... about settled in now. You can say it was a blessing in disguise that I was able to upgrade after my old place went up in flames literally.

I just did a complete detail... wash, clay bar, polish, finish, paint protector and wax. Once I get the clear bra on I want to take some pics. We should meet up and do that photo shoot we talked about.

it took me 4.5 years to finally get stopped for not having a front plate, I too didn't want to drill holes so I went this route...I actually kept it on it looks like its custom..

This is exactly what my car looks like today. no drilled holes just use the front bumper tow hook.

Now, if there were a special magic way of putting that kind of bracket in the center with no holes, that would be great.

Maybe, the putting ties in the grill is the only way to try to put it in the center.
