Pic of my spark plugs at 70,000 miles
The title says it all. From day 1, I've driven maybe 70% highway, 30% city. Just wanted to give everyone an idea of what your spark plugs might look like at 70,000 miles (69,200). I didn't change them myself, the Lexus dealership did during my 60,000 mile service. I don't know where my gap measure is, so not sure the gap.

Dang! I am at 76k and have GOT to at least pull mine to see if the previous owner changed them or not. I have been looking around, but the cheapest I have found them for is $14 each at my local Toyota dealer. Sewell has them for $12.95 each, but shipping makes it about the same price. Could you tell a performance difference after having them changed? My 350 has a slight stumble from time to time, and I believe the plugs to be the culprit.

you can not really tell if a spark plug is used or not by just using your eyes. You have to measure the gap to really tell.
But of course if the spark plug is obviously super stain/dirty or oxidizing, then you know its old
