Good call JohnMorgan. Yea it was all the way up there and very hard to reach it was so far up. But I guess it was wrong one. Oops lol. I will see if I can find a turquoise blueish colored box closer towards accel pedal and not brake.
Thanks for the help!.

There's a diagram somewhere here on the forum that shows where it is, I'll try and find it if you haven't gotten it done already.
No one likes ricer flash haha, of course

Thank you for your help, thank god I didn't throw out the other relay I took off haha.
Went downstairs and sure as heck, found me the turquoise one. I was mad at first because all the lights were still on after turning the car on, but they went away after about a min of idling. Also no more speed flash!
Now time to do the JoeZ method and get me some electrical tape to cover up that annoying blinking AFS OFF light haha.
Thank you for your ballast video JoeZ and all the great info in this thread! I got everything up and running now and I love the LED's.
I will post a pic tomorrow.

I still suggest unplugging the AFS ECU as a way to disable the AFS and stop the blinking light. I don't think anyone has tried, but I'm pretty sure that's the way to go.
I'd rather pull a connector than open up my cluster or put electrical tape on it, lol.

^ I was even lazier...put the tape right on top of the cluster LMFAO...god I'm lazy. I'll do something about it one day.
I didn't even have to remove the entire bumper to install them either. Thanks again for all of the helpful info in this thread.
Here are a couple pics at the car wash got her all prettied up since it rained during my install of them yesterday. I LOVE these headlights. The wife does too.

Unplugging the AFS ECU will not change the blinking light... It is still an incomplete circuit.
Actually, I'm almost sure if you unplug that ECU fom an IS with working AFS headlights, it will cause the same indicator light to blink.. (Showing the malfunction)

The cluster has no idea if the car has AFS or not, neither does the body ECU. The only way it knows that it has AFS is because the AFS ECU tells it. If you unplug the AFS ECU, the cluster/body ECU should assume the car is not equipped with it.
The AFS ECU is in the driver's side kick panel.
EDIT: Like I say, my car doesn't have AFS so I can't try it, but all the other ECU's/cluster are the same with or without AFS in the ISx50. The only thing that is different is that the AFS ECU is there. Same goes for other features.

It's already been tried... But I guess it doesn't hurt to try again....
