I don't mind testing this theory out as well.. As long as it doesn't kill the Auto Leveling Feature.

Agreed.... So it's easier than pulling the small plug/harness out of the AFS ECU....
But NOT the solution I'm looking for... Looks like black tape inside the cluster led is going to prevail on this one..

AFS- the headlights angle slightly left or right when you turn the steering wheel. To help see into the corner.
Auto-Leveling- when you turn the car on, watch the headlights move up and then settle back down into their position.

Auto leveling constantly adjusts the beam level as you drive, so that it is always at the optimal position based on suspension movement and car position. AFS turns the projectors based on steering and speed input.
The AFS ECU controls both of them on 06-10 cars, and the leveling ECU controls the leveling on 11-12 cars.
