Default Some 2is headlights different??
So, I just got my 06 IS350 and the headlights are kinda dark chrome but I've seen other pictures of the new is' where they just look chrome. Are the 350's different than the 250's??? Or am I crazy?

I do see that too, mine are darker than some of the IS that ive seen on the road, or maybe because I have a darker color car? I dunno im 100% theyre not tinted. here is mine

I'm pretty sure they're all the same color. If anything they look lighter on dark colors by comparison. They're also reflective so in the winter pic they appear lighter since they're reflecting snow.

Ive wondered this as well, Ive got the chrome ones but I wished I had the dark chrome ones like yours.

could it be the lighting thats making the chrome look darker or lighter?

They do look darker. I'm going to guess that there's a lightly tinted overlay on the headlights.

I would have to say this is your eyes playing tricks on you. Otherwise, there would be a separate part # for a "dark chrome" version, which there isn't.

Maybe the difference could be the Adaptive Lighting package, which mine does have. I work with a kid who has a 2008 IS250. I'm going to have to look at his next to mine and see if they're different.
