adjusting idle on is250.

I've look for an adjusting screw. None to be found. I just changed my spark plugs and cleaned the trottle body that is why it's idling so high. I drove it for a few miles and it's getting better. It's at 1k now. I think it's self adjusting because it's electronically controlled.

The idle speed is high after cleaning the throttle because the ECM has adapted to all the crud that was around the throttle plate, requiring larger throttle angle to maintain 750 rpm. Now that you've removed the crud, you have too much throttle angle and therefore higher idle, but as you have noted, the ECM will adapt back down to 750, but it may take a little while. Or you could just disconnect the battery for a few minutes, and clear the learned idle value.
Conversly, on higher mileage cars, if the battery is disconnected, the engine may not want to idle initially, or idle way to low. At this point, cleaning the throttle will restore proper idle speed.
