Not worth it.... walk. Spend the money on a clean title used IS250/350 and you'll be more happy in the long run.

Hmm i'd skip it over just because the damage on the drivers front there looks pretty bad, and those airbags are not cheap to replace. But if you got the cash and you know how to...

Have you look at a used IS250 in your area that's not damaged? I've seen some for around $19k here, and seen a couple as low as $16k before with some miles. Not sure how much you expect to pay for all the parts to fix that, but it might be worth looking around.
