There's always complaints about dealership experiences, and rarely any praises on this forum. I want to contribute a positive review of Tom wood Lexus in Indianapolis. Great facility, friendly service, friendly people.

No pressure sales at Stevens Creek Lexus
I got one too 
If you are in the market for a Lexus and close to San Jose California, check out Stevens Creek Lexus. My sales guy Sam Fankuchen (its German hehe) was awesome. No pressure to buy, answered all my questions and drove away with my CPO in an hour and a half! If you do see him, let him know I referred ya.
