Cruising around in my IS-F I get better mileage than I did in my STi.

You will never get tired of hearing the V8 everyday and the secondary intake opening up!

Got $$ then of course the F but if u wanna save some money then go with the 350. I would get the 350 since gas is almost $5/gal

I'd rather spend $10k or $20k on mods. There's much more excitement in modding, besides I honestly don't see much to mod on the IS-F...looks good as is.

Yeah, bay area gas is ridiculous. Cost about $65 full tank for the bimmer!

I agree that the F does look very good stock. But you can still do plenty of mods if you wanted to. There are a handful of front lips to choose from. You can get full exhaust, headers, intake. A nice rear diffusor out back. And of course a sic set of wheels with coilovers..

You are on 2nd IS forum. Most people will tell you to buy IS350. If you go to ISF forum then opposite. Faster is better. You wont hit yourself later. 3rd gen is almost out. If I were you find something very cheap to drive and wait for 3rd gen or buy the ISF now. IS F feels and sounds amazing!

^^^ true... dont know if my thinking is logical or not but isf is more efficient than sti... 4 cylinder to put out 300 hp w/ awd VS. v8 400hp rwd. therefore double the cylinder with 100 hp gain and minus power to front wheels for isf will result in a better mileage.

Fall of 2012 as a 2013 model is the most common guess (and the earliest you'd see it)

If you have the money to spend, ISF all the way. I wouldn't even have to think about it.
