Amber headlight side marker

Should I keep this the way it is, or paint it black? The rest of the headlight is going to be semi-flat black.

I've seen people put a vinyl over it. I wouldn't paint it myself

i would paint it black. its a pretty ugly amber. Only reason i havent painted mine is because taking apart the headlight is too much of a hassle, however in your case, it would be quite easy.
