I think that's a fairly good price. I paid pretty much exactly that for my 2007 IS350 which was CPO, but it also had 56k miles. 18k miles on a 2007 is a very lightly-driven car.
Keep us updated on what you end up doing under warranty. Clock's ticking, if you haven't gotten to the dealer do it now!

can my toyota dealer service the tsib??! because i bought my car at a bmw dealership (combined with a toyota dealer) and the manager said if there was anything wrong he would drive it to lexus...
but since i have toyota right here, can they do it for me?!

1) It's only going to be one trip (since I assume you won't be taking it back to a Lexus dealer after it's out of warranty)
2) You're having quite a few things done at once, most if not all of which are very common 2IS problems, with which Lexus dealers specifically should be very familiar with
3) Potential buyers always look favorably upon a car that has had work done at the manufacturer's dealership
But if it's too much of a hassle yes, a Toyota dealership can perform the same work, as can any auto shop for that matter. As far as getting warranty claims processed and paid, it's easiest at a Lexus dealership.
