to the OP, if you're going to put money down on wheels, i recommend saving up to get EXACTLY what you want instead of picking a "back-up plan" and wondering "what if".

cost should not be an issue at this point. if it is, i would consider waiting until a better opportunity to purchase wheels (read: until you have enough to buy exactly what you want).

My shop was advised that Vossen will not be releasing the 19" CV1's for at least another year and when they do, they will start the initial release for BMW bolt pattern only. Is this true? If so, can you perhaps work out some variations with the 20's for my AWD? I'm lowered on BCRacing, 1 finger gap and prefer not to do any fender mods

The 3 listed were some of my top choices. Cost is not really an issue. My budget would match the price for a new set of Vossen's or Works wheels. It just so happened that a few local members were parting out with sets of mint wheels for less.
