Help with outside mirror

Im new in here,so forgive me if I post in the wrong place, I havent figured this out yet. I own a 2007 IS250 and have question about my outside mirror not working, fuse is ok.

I assume you mean you can't adjust the mirror's position from the driver's side armrest controls?
When you shift into reverse do the mirrors tilt downward (if you have that option)?
If it's not a fuse then I would imagine the motor's bad. Unless you've done some modifications or someone's removed the door panel/worked on wiring recently (and possibly knocked something loose, for example) I don't know why the mirror would otherwise not respond to commands from the driver's side controls.

The drivers side works,only the passenger side is not working. I don't have the tilt function. Is there a link showing how to remove the L/R toggle switch to make sure that is not the issue, otherwise it may be the motor I assume.
