Default Fog light housing got owned

so basically I was driving on I-495 here and got owned by tire rubber from a 18 wheeler. -____- I saw it fly at me but it just happened so quick I couldn't react on time. The outcome was kind of strange as the fog lens didn't crack or break but instead the brackets holding the fogs to the bumper did. I went to Home Depot and got some JB Weld putty and pieced them back together as a temporary fix for now and so far has been a good fix just don't know how long it would last. Anybody know of any other things I can used that may be stronger to piece the plastic back together? or even better anyone know where I can get a whole new passenger side fog assembly from for a good price? it would be greatly appreciated.

Heres a pic of what happened

you can see the band-aid i already have on top where there was another hit and run that happened about a year ago. I've came to a conclusion that the right side of my car has bad luck

Damn, that sux to hear.

I'm not sure if you can find a 2IS in a junkyard in your area. But that would be a nice place to search for a cheap replacement. If not, you can check out sewell to see how much would the housing cost.

You can get a replacement from eBay as well.

I just installed HID fogs last weekend and removed the front bumper to do it. Removing the front bumper is actually fairly easy to do, and it might give you a better look at what happened and what you need to do to fix it. There are some DIY threads for it on CL.

yeah I took off the bumper and pieced the broken pieces back together with putty but i just dunno if it would last and how long it would last. Basically the piece that was holding to screw to the bumper broke off and a piece on the other side broke off.
