Lug / Lock nut keys generic???

Has anyone verified if whether or not the keys for Project Kics, Rays, Works and Muteki lug / lock nuts are generic? If not, how many different variations are out there?

I have a set of Kics r40 and Kics r40 REVO. Keys doesn't match each other. As for your other question, I honestly have no idea on how many variations available.
