Really? I thought it was the other way around. Since Cali has a lot of competition, buyers would have an easy time getting it done for cheap. But in Florida we don't have a lot shops (well, at least where I live doesn't) so we have to pay whatever the price it is 
But he got it done at the Stealership, so it makes sense why he paid that much.
$250 is really cheap, 3M also?
