It's true you can't just adjust it. But you there are other things which can be adjusted to correct the geometry of the vehicle as long as it is within a certain tolerence, such as the subframe, or cradle, which would be able to change the camber indirectly. It would a require a person who is experiecned in this to be able to do the other adjustments which are supposedly not adjustable.
