Need help ASAP! (TPMS warning)
hey guys i just put some rims yesterday they are 17x8.5 and 17x9.5 and this morning the exclamation mark inside a red triangle and the tire pressure signs came on when i turn on my car this morning is this bad????? i read that if the exclamation mark is blinking and making noise to call the dealership but its not it just turns on and stays on but the tire pressure sign blinks for a minute and then stays on ??? is this bad??

Your options are 1. put the TPMS from the old wheels into the new ones. 2. Go the pipe bomb method and throw the TPMS into that. 3. Just live with the lights on the dash. (4.) Go buy an extra set of TPMS.
I should add. It's not going to hurt anything. It's just really annoying to see the lights on the dash. I went the route of buying a second set of TPMS sensors for my aftermarkets (I still use the OEMS too). I bought mine from the stealership, but found out later you can get ones off EBay for much cheaper and they still work. Dealer will have to program them though

oh ok i feel better now i thought i was gonna mess somthing up i thought it was bad driving like that but thanks man thanks for your help i really appreciate it

hmm not sure about how to get the pic from your phone if it didn't arrive in your email. Maybe try uploading the picture to facebook or photobucket (what I usually do), then you can right click on the image and get the "copy image location" and paste it into the "insert Image" icon here in the message box
