Best Way to Install 09 Front GFX Lip Without Drilling?

Guys, I installed the lips to my 2010 IS myself.
At first I was about to follow some of the advices here that recommended breaking the bolt and using "3M" tape instead.
When I got the lip from Sewell, I noticed that there is almost no extra contact area between the lip and the bumper where i can put some 3M tape on.
Considering wind load it will be subjected to, I decided to drill it and sleep tight.
I chose the right way. After some high speed 120+ mph and some extended rain sessions, my lips are still perfectly intact. The alignment to the curve of the bumper is perfect, no separation. Those bolts and nuts are doing their jobs as they are designed for.
My only one word of advice, Lexus said drill it so you got to DRILL IT!!!!
Ohhh, I forgot to tell that you have to drill 4 holes all together; 2 holes each side located around the corner closing to each other. Your will figure that out when you hold the lip in your hand. There are also drilling guide marks on the underside skin of the bumper and they are very easy to drill.
No 3M No epoxy
