What did you get with your $500 giftcard?

order from them unless your dealer will match their price (wanna say around 400 for the set I think)
You can install em yourself with either ramps or jacks/jack stands and a buddy to help in about 15 minutes for the rear, more like 45-60 minutes for the front since you have to pop a couple panels off the bottom to access it.
If it's simply impossible to do yourself for some reason I certainly wouldn't pay more than 50-100 bucks for someone else to do it... if one had a lift it could very very easily be done front and rear in under an hour.

^ A lot of IS350 owners only do the rear because that's the bar that makes the most difference. The reason I'm asking is because I can't think of any other way to spend my $500 GC and wanted to see if someone wanted just the rear SB, so I could get front SB, then we'd just split the cost.

Just called them again ( 20x time ) now their supv is supposed to call me back. I haven't been denied for my $500 GC but they need more info to gain my amenities.... for frippy dippy doo's SAKE really??? It's in their system that I own/bought the IS350, paid the freaking extra cash for the extended warranty and all... they keep on telling me they're gonna call me back but nope. Getting tired of being yo yo'd by Lexus, big fail. commitment to excellence right....

The pins on my rear calipers seized up. I brought the car into the dealership as there was a TSIB on this, then they told me that they apparently already took a look at them a few years back, and then they were fine, so this time around they weren't going to cover them. I ended up using my giftcard to purchase new calipers. I guess it was better than having to pay for them out of pocket.
