i have a crashed isf and im debating if i could get a chassis for real cheap off a 250 then it might be more worth it. i just need to be sure that everything will fit.

Better have deep deep pocket it will probly cost you half of what an IS-f goes for or more depending on who does the work.

With money, you can do it all yes. but..

You'll probably spend so much on the conversion that you could have just traded your used IS250 in for a IS-F lol.

since you have the crashed F you may as well do something with it. squeeze that baby in a 250.

Didn't you already post this in the IS F forum a minute after you posted this?

ISF has a slightly longer front bumper than normal IS to fit the V8, not a direct drop in

trade your car in and buy an used IS-F

trade what in? any1 reads here. The OP has a crashed isF and he wants to get a cheap IS250 to make a whole car, correct? I'd stay away, but you can be different and do the swap.

here is a thread about someone trying to build an IS-F in a IS250

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...to-is-f-3.html

In one of his post he says that the IS-F is longer than a normal IS to accomodate the 5.0 L engine. So the answer to your question is no, your IS-F engine will not fit inside the is250.

Thanks for all the response guys, really helped me out.
I'll probably be staying away from it then, better not go through the hassle and in the end just keep building up problems and receipts!
